Programs

CLIP is committed to fostering the development of Latine leaders in the field and providing a sense of belonging and community. We offer various professional development opportunities throughout the year for members to elevate their skills, meet others in the field, and find the resources to support their personal and professional growth. Our firm belief is that investing in our members’ growth will contribute to the overall success of CLIP, the philanthropic sector, and, most importantly, the Latine community we aim to serve.

See below for the latest professional development opportunities.

CLIP Collaborative Coaching (CCC) Initiative

The CCC Initiative is a rolling six-month opportunity that pairs philanthropy professionals with the intent of peer-to-peer relationship building and resource sharing under each other’s wings.

The Initiative is designed to engage the pairs in a mutual learning relationship that actively explores the power dynamics found in philanthropic culture while navigating topics such as building a healthy workplace, micro-inequities, implicit bias, advancing equity, and nurturing inclusivity, as well as leadership development and peer networking.

Applications for the CCC Initiative are currently closed. Please stay apprised through our newsletter for the next cohort application.

THE PROCESS

  1. An individual can apply to be a coach, be coached, or both. Interested parties will complete a brief application which will include a skills/talent inventory and be submitted to the Review Committee.

  3. An individual can apply to be a coach, to be coached, or both. Repeat participation is an option if desired.
